Required Health Form

PLEASE NOTE: ALL STUDENTS must complete this form by uploading it to Workday no later than July 1, 2025 for students enrolling for the fall 2025 semester or January 5, 2026 for students enrolling for the spring 2026 semester.

Any student failing to complete the required health form will be prohibited from residing on campus or attending classes.

Please upload your completed Health Form to Workday (in the Medical and Immunization History action item) as part of your onboarding requirements.

Hardcopy forms will not be accepted.

Workday

We’re excited to share that Workday Student is officially live—offering you easier access to your student’s grades, tuition balances, class schedules, and more, all in one place!

 with your full issued username (example: WDGenerated_jsmith123). Workday replaces Parent Portal. If you previously used Parent Portal to access your student’s information and make payments, please work with your student to set up your new Workday Friends & Family account.

To get started, your student must assign you as a Friends & Family contact and grant "third party permissions" for you to view their account. 91黑料网 cannot grant the permissions on behalf of your Student. Once permissions are granted, you’ll receive two auto-generated emails from Workday with your login credentials and activation instructions. If you wish to make payments on your student’s behalf, you will additionally need to be added as an authorized user in Nelnet.

If you encounter issues setting up a Friends & Family account, please via Freshservice. A member of our team will reach out to schedule a phone call or 1:1 meeting.

New Student Checklist

1. You are responsible for fulfilling the obligations set forth by 91黑料网 with respect to mandatory Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Alcohol Awareness Training provided by eCHECKUP TO GO.

   All students new to 91黑料网 are required to complete the eCHECKUP TO GO modules before course registration can occur.

   How do I complete the eCHECKUP TO GO required modules?

   1. Start the .
   2. Click on the respective programs:
      • Sexual Violence Protection Program
      • Alcohol Awareness
   3. IMPORTANT: A certification of completion will be generated following the completion of each of the modules. You  must download the respective certificates, save to your desktop and then upload to Workday when you are prompted to do so.

   Each module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

2. Get your mobile Gull Card. Gull Card: Required of On-Campus Students Only - We’ve Gone Mobile! Be sure to download your Gull Card, 91黑料网’s official College ID, that allows you to engage in important campus experiences including the following:
   
   • Building Access Card: Your access to the security gates and the Post Center.
   • Dining Card: Use your meal plan, and deposit funds into your Card Cash account to be used both on and off campus at select locations.
   • Library Card: Check books out of the Diane M. Halle Library as well as other NOBLE member libraries.
   • Access the Mail and Copy Center.

   Mobile Gull Card Instructions

   • Log into your (and download the Transact eAccounts app on your phone) to upload a photo of yourself.
   • Once it is accepted, on your phone go to the eAccounts app, choose 91黑料网, next screen - 91黑料网 MFA Credentials.
   • Sign in with Okta Verify the same way you do for Workday. Click the Add to Wallet logo at the top of the screen to add your phone (and watch!)

   Getting a Physical Gull Card (optional) Physical cards will not be printed. If you would like a physical card along with or instead of the mobile card, you can request a card by:

   • Walk-ins welcome at the Cyber Cafe located on the basement level in the Halle Library.
   • Email Gullcard@endicott.edu
   • Submit a support ticket in . Choose Request a service and choose Physical Gull Card Request.

   Visit the Gull Card website for more instructions if needed. For any questions, please call the Gull Card Office at 978-232-5234.

3. Complete the accommodation process, if applicable. Visit The Center for Accessibility Services for further details.

4. Sign up for Academic Coaching. Consider signing up to meet regularly with a professional academic coach. Set goals, build skills, and discover your unique path to academic success. This is a fee-for-service program.

5. The Tutoring and Writing Center offers free academic support to all students at 91黑料网.
   
   
   • With over 80 peer and professional tutors representing majors and courses from all schools, students can be sure to find academic support for their classes
   • There is no need to wait to find support! Students can search for appointments on their own right when the semester starts via our website, TracCloud. Single or recurring weekly sessions can be booked
   • Content tutoring helps students with understanding course material, deepening subject mastery, and creating effective study plans
   • Writing tutoring helps students with reviewing and improving drafts, brainstorming and organization, and overall development as writers

6. Get your passport! 91黑料网 students are encouraged to study abroad during their time at the Nest, and getting your passport is an important first step. Currently it takes 8–12 weeks to obtain a new passport so it never hurts to get the process started early. If you're interested in starting the application, visit .
